I am scared to death about aliens! HELP!!?

And i am so afraid of them.You know i used to be afraid of them a while ago but know it is literally nerve wreaking. Whenever i think about it i can't feel my arms and legs like they are to numb and zone out and get really scared at night cause of this. I know it probably sounds dumb but i think it is frightening so no mean comments please.
