Help on the Butchering of Parasite Eggs???....?

I have recently gotten over a combination of a stomach flu and a bacterial stomach infection. There was a little suspicion that there may have been parasitic involvement as well and alas, that suspicion was correct. Today I ejected what looked like a worm via bowel movement, I suspect it was dead due to lack of movement for the most part, and my stomach feels back to normal now. This however leaves me worried that there may be parasite eggs lurking in me, waiting to wreak havoc on my system once more. Any advice on ways to get rid of them?
