I think I am suffering from Bipolar disorder. Help me. I dont want to take professional help.?

I've taken the Bipolar spectrum diagnostic scale (BSDS) test, which showed that I've a fairly good chance of suffering from BD. However due to some reasons I am unable to take professional help. Please help since it is wreaking havoc with my studies as well as my life..
