Should I be paranoid about my ex being friends with my friend on Facebook?

If you have him blocked he won't be able to see anything about you on fb at all. I know this from experience of being blocked and blocking others in the past. Like when someone I have blocked say something on a mutual friends status, I can only see the mutual friends side of the conversion.
